Scripture talks about our feet clothed with the Gospel of peace.

What would it look like for Jesus’ followers to more and more put on the shoes of peace and walk into relationships with true peace, peace given to us by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

I believe that’s what it means to have feet clothed with the Gospel of peace. We know that God’s love is real. We’ve tasted and seen that the LORD is good and the only wise God. We know Jesus’ death was for all who believe, and we genuinely have peace with God. In that place of peace, we walk, and walk some more, walking into encounter after encounter where we get a chance to plant gracious seeds of hope. People learn from us as genuine Jesus followers that in fact there is peace available in this life, peace in the most important place we need it – peace with God.
