Scripture says, “I will look with favor on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me.”
It’s a quieting passage, isn’t it? It’s calming to think of the standing by the way and asking for wisdom from the wise and aged, also found in the Word of God.
Lord Jesus, lead us into Your wisdom, into Your Spirit’s way in the Word and from the Word into our daily living. May the followers of Jesus globally and locally work together to minister grace to one another and grace to a hurting and dying world.
Revive in us Your work of humble and loving service of the other day-by-day.
In the path of Jesus and in the name of Jesus Christ. Let it be.
