“For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.” – 1 Corinthians 4:15

As I look back through my life I can count my father, Dr Larry Moe, and a handful of other men who have been spiritual fathers to me. Bob Donohue, Toto Mercado, Brian Gash, Paul Wilson, and the list begins to dwindle as I age. My friendship list is large in the sense of countless guides, and I do count many of my dear brothers and sisters as guides and confidants and very much family in Jesus and all because of the Gospel of Jesus’ death in our place! However, not many would I count as spiritual parents.
